Daily Hygiene Practices for Improved Healing

Summary: Embracing God’s nudges, I reconsider my daily hygiene rituals. A hairdresser’s advice and a newspaper article prompt me to rethink excessive cleansing. Fear of smelling and societal rejection tugs at me. Yet, reducing toxins and inflammation beckons. It’s a leap towards health and authenticity, one brave step at a time.
God has been talking to me today. Well, actually He’s been nagging a bit… What can I say?! I don’t listen too well sometimes!!
The problem is… I’m paranoid about turning into a smelly and slightly repulsive example of a human being. I worry that, when I sweat, I smell. I don’t like looking dishevelled or unclean. It taps straight into a place of paranoia for me. Will I be outcast from civilised society for turning away from my bar of soap? Well, there’s only one way to find out. I have agreed with myself that I will strive to live bravely in each moment of my life. This is the next step on that path. Let’s see how it goes.
